Turkey Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. turkey stock
    1/4 c. finely diced onion
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/4 c. rice
    1 c. or more diced turkey
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat stock to boiling.
    Add vegetables and rice to stock and cook slowly.
    Add turkey.
    Simmer for 10 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat; add chopped parsley before serving.
    Makes 5 servings.
