Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated squash (with peel left on)
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat liquids together.
    Add sifted dry ingredients, squash and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
