Sausage Scramble(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    18 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. croutons (garlic or onion)
    3 c. grated cheese (sharp)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat eggs, milk and cheese.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture over sausage.
    Spread with croutons.
    Pour remainder of egg mixture over croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes (until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Can be cut in half for smaller group.).
    Can be made evening before and covered with foil.
    (Do not bake.)
    Refrigerate and it is ready to pop in the oven an hour before you plan to eat.
