Barbecued Meat Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground meat
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    tomato ketchup
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Basting Sauce:
    Combine 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup water, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir to blend well.
