Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    4 c. milk
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Break eggs into large bowl.
    Beat with rotary beater until eggs look smooth and thick.
    Add sugar and salt to eggs in bowl. Beat with rotary beater until sugar and salt are dissolved. Carefully beat milk and vanilla with rotary beater.
    Add nutmeg. Serve in pitcher with glasses.
