Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. pecan meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    3 overripe bananas
    2 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs, mashed bananas and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Makes 2 pound loaf.
