Zucchini Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. zucchini, peeled, seeded and grated
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat in blender squash, soda, sugar and shortening thoroughly; add egg and beat well.
    Sift flour and spices and add to mixture. Add nuts and raisins; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
