Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. oleo, softened
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put into well-greased baking dish or pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven.
Put marshmallows over the top.
Return to oven just until marshmallows are melted and lightly brown.
