Scottsdale Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 7 x 10-inch ovenproof glass baking dish.
    In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; season with salt and pepper.
    Transfer to baking dish.
    Mix cornflakes and 1/2 cup melted butter and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until browned.
