Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can stale beer
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Open can of beer in morning and let stand about 3 hours.
    Beat flour, salt, baking powder and egg yolks into beer.
    Let stand 1 hour or more.
    Just before using, beat egg whites very stiff and fold into batter.
    Dip fish and fry.
