Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 c. sugar, sifted
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Have eggs at room temperature.
    Measure sifted flour; add 1/2 cup sugar and sift 4 times.
    Combine egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar in large bowl; beat until moist peaks form.
    Add remaining sugar in 4 additions, beating slightly after each addition.
    Fold in flour mixture in 4 additions; turn bowl often.
    Pour into ungreased tube pan.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool upside down.
