Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prime rib of beef
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Roast the prime rib of beef according to cooking instructions. While meat cooks, sift together flour and salt.
    Stir in milk, beating vigorously until smooth.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each egg.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Half an hour before roast is done, put 1/4 cup of beef drippings in a roasting pan.
    Set in the oven until sizzling hot.
    Cook pudding 15 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0 or until golden and crisp at edges.
    Add some dripping and use the rest for gravy.
