Corn-Yellow Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
    1 can Mexicorn (corn, liquid and all)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar or kind you prefer)
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package.
    When rice is done, add margarine, corn with liquid and cream of chicken soup. Mix and pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake until done (about 20 minutes).
    Do not cover dish.
    When done, spread cheese over top and return to oven for cheese to melt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
