Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk hot sausage
1 c. each: celery, onions and green peppers, chopped
2 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. regular rice (raw)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage in heavy skillet. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add broth, rice and seasonings. Mix well. Put in greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
