Zucchini Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Sift flour in large bowl.
    Beat eggs and rest of ingredients to flour mixture; mix well, making sure all zucchini and flour is mixed well into batter.
    Scrape bowl often and keep mixing for several minutes.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let cool in pan on wire rack and store in plastic or in freezer paper and freeze.
    This makes 2 loaves.
