Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, diced small
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cut stalk off mushrooms.
    Clean out caps.
    Wash thoroughly and dice finely.
    Melt garlic, butter and stalk.
    Cook 10 minutes. Add crumbs and cheese; heat.
