Carrot Souffle(Tastes Like Sweet Potato Souffle) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender in boiling, salted water.
Drain. Blend carrots and margarine in electric blender until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Grease a 1-quart casserole dish or souffle dish and spoon mixture into it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
