Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter (room temperature 1 1/2 c.)
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs (room temperature)
    3 c. flour
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Defrost coconut.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
    Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in coconut. Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
