Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 sticks butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 block paraffin
cooking spray
2 Tbsp. graham crumbs
2 containers (8 oz.) low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Agra cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, cut into cubes
Pineapple Topping (recipe follows)
Preparation

Spray 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle with crumbs. In blender or food processor, blend yogurt, egg, sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add cream cheese; blend until smooth. Pour into larger microwavable bowl. Microwave on High (100%), whisking 3 times, 8 to 10 minutes or until consistency of chilled pudding. Remove; stir until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Cover and chill 1 hour. Top with Pineapple Topping.
