Lemon-Lime Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Mix cream cheese into hot gelatin mixture.
(Use a blender if desired.)
Refrigerate until slightly congealed.
Beat heavy cream with pineapple until smooth.
It will not be stiff.
Stir cream mixture into gelatin mixture, mixing well.
Pour immediately into a lightly oiled mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
