Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen
6 medium Irish potatoes
3/4 c. rice
1 onion, cut fine
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can peas
1 can corn
1 small bottle catsup
3/4 small jar mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Vegetables may be cooked before adding to chicken and stock. Cook all ingredients, stirring continually to prevent scorching.
