Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lime juice
6 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
Slowly blend in milk; add lime juice and mix.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until foamy.
Continue beating, adding sugar slowly until egg whites peak.
Fold 6 tablespoons meringue into the filling mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Top with remaining meringue and bake in slow oven (330\u00b0) until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
