Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 c. butter
5 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Mix well. Stir in sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
Stir in pecans.
Spread in 7 1/2 x 12-inch buttered pan.
