Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices buttered bread, cubed
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tall can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart, buttered casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Cook for 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    If desired, you may add onion, sausage, peppers, tomatoes, etc. (cooked).
    Great for a crowd for breakfast.
    Just double the recipe.
