Herb Shaker #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. white pepper
    4 Tbsp. grated nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Store in a tightly capped jar or in a salt and pepper shaker.
    Use at your table instead of salt.
    This is especially good on fresh pork, poultry, beef, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, beets and corn.
