Veggie Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen asparagus, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 meatless \"sausage\" patty
    1 c. cooked short-grain brown rice or rice of choice
    2 Tbsp. low-sodium stir-fry or Szechwan sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare asparagus and mixed vegetables according to package directions.
    Cook meatless patty in microwave or on stove top according to directions; crumble.
    Heat rice and add sauce and stir.
    Place rice in a bowl; mix in patty crumbles and all vegetables.
    Add salt and pepper if desired.
    Makes one serving.
