Pickled Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cucumber (unpeeled)
    1 lb. trio noodles
Preparation
    Blend all in blender (except noodles) until liquid.
    Cook trio noodles in salt water.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Pour liquid over noodles and refrigerate.
    Let salad marinate for 1 hour or more.
