Dessert Grillers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Cup assorted fruits
1 Pound Cake cut into 12
1 stick margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tub of cool whip
Preparation

Arrange fruit on 12 wooden skewers. Spread margarine evenly on both sides of pound cake. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cake. Place cake on grill over hot coals or on rack of broiler pan. Heat on both sides until lightly toasted. Cool. Serve with cool whip and fruit kabobs.
