Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. orange juice
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 large apples, sliced thin
    sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into bowl except apples.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour half of batter into greased and floured tube pan. Cover with a layer of sliced apples.
    Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
    Repeat a layer of batter then another layer of apples.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top layer of apples. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
