Old Fashioned Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. molasses
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
Preparation

Boil together molasses and butter. Cool. Add ginger, baking soda and flour. Roll dough thin on floured board and cut with cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 dozen.
