Pizza Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
    3 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
    oregano
Preparation
    Middle:
    In a small saucepan, heat vegetable oil on high for 10 minutes.
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
    Add cheese and tomato sauce.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
