Cheryl'S Sweet Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 large pkg. round steak
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Flour and fry in skillet with oil until brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
Line bottom of nonstick baking pan with a layer of Prego sauce.
Sprinkle layer with the 2 tablespoons of onions. Add layer of steak. Cover steak with layer of brown sugar. Continue (in same order), layering ingredients.
Cover top with brown sugar.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
May be prepared and slow cooked in crock-pot. Cook until meat is tender.
