Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
Cool on wire rack before slicing.
