South Of The Border Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
12 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 jar (8 oz.) pasteurized cheese spread
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
Preparation

Brown ground beef in large skillet.
Drain well.
Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste, water, onion and salt.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons meat mixture on each tortilla.
Roll tightly and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread cheese over top on enchiladas.
Sprinkle with green chilies.
Top with remaining meat mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
