Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
Preparation
    Break up salmon into small pieces with a fork.
    Add egg, milk, crumbs and onion.
    Form into patties.
    Roll in flour and fry in oil or butter.
