Easy Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Anginetti cookies (Stella D'Oro)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and Cool Whip together. Add pineapple and blend.
    Cut cookies with a serrated knife and fill.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
