Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter (1/2 c. = 1 stick)
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar and beat well.
    Pour batter into two greased bread pans. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let cool about 10 minutes and remove from pan.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
