Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canola oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites, beaten
    3 c. Granny Smith apples, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar.
    Add oil, egg whites, and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts and apples.
    Pour into lightly greased 9 inch x 13 inch pan.
    Do not flour pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
