Shells Stuffed With Spinach And Mozzarella - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 jumbo pasta shells
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
3 carrots, peeled and grated
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare pasta according to package.
Cool completely. Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, stir together spinach, Mozzarella, Ricotta, carrots, egg whites and pepper.
Spread bottom of pan with tomato sauce.
Stuff shells with mixture, filling each shell.
Place over tomato sauce.
Coat shells with remaining tomato sauce.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Bake until center of shell is heated through about 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
