Corny Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can white kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can creamed yellow corn
1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
jalapeno peppers (optional), chopped fine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
