Potato Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes (can be cold)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. melted butter
    3 1/2 c. flour
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll 3/4 to 1-inch thick.
    Cut into pieces about 1 1/2 x 2-inches.
    Deep fry at 375\u00b0 until brown. Drain on paper towel.
    May be rolled in cinnamon and sugar or confectioners sugar while warm.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen small donuts.
