Chicken Cashew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast (2 halves)
    1/4 lb. pea pods
    2 green onions
    1/2 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    3/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/8 tsp. sugar
    pepper
    1/2 c. cashews
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite-size pieces.
    Rinse pea pods; remove tips and strings.
    Cut onion tops in 1-inch lengths and thin slice white portions.
    Slice water chestnuts; quickly rinse mushrooms and blot dry.
    (Do not slice until ready to cook.)
    Arrange all on tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
