Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large carrots, peeled and shredded
1 c. raisins
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (no sugar added), drain and reserve juice
1/3 c. fat free mayonnaise
2 pkg. Equal or 4 tsp. sugar
1 oz. reserved juice
Preparation
-
Place raisins in hot water 10 minutes and drain.
Place in large bowl the carrots, raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, Equal and juice.
Mix and chill.
