Jewish Apple Cake(All In One Bowl) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten fluffy
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 large apples, sliced very thin
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except apples, in mixing bowl.
    Beat until smooth and put half in tube pan.
    Cover with a layer of half of the thinly sliced apples.
    Sprinkle apples with sugar-cinnamon to suit your own taste.
    Cover with rest of batter.
    Arrange remaining apples on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour and 50 minutes, but, you can check your own oven.
    Insert toothpick to test for doneness.
