Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    9 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, powdered sugar, margarine, oil and eggs until smooth.
    Add the flour (a little at a time), cream of tartar, baking soda and vanilla; mix well.
    Refrigerate dough for 2 hours. Roll out on a flour covered board.
    Then you may use your desired cookie cutter to cut cookies.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake 7 to 9 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 36.
