Chicken Or Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and cubed chicken or turkey (I use my leftover turkey for this)
    1 box MJB Long Grain & Wild Rice mix (cook as directed)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 cans water chestnuts
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all together except potato chips. Place in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, sprinkle crushed chips on top of mixture. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
