Chit-Chat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, browned
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery or 1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. rice and 1/2 c. water (if using Minute rice, make 4 servings)
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix all together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Bake another 30 or 40 minutes uncovered.
