Dianne Daughtrey Reed'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 tsp. grated onion
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli until almost done.
    Blend eggs, mushroom soup and onion and cook until a sauce is formed.
    Then add the cheese and
    mayonnaise
    to
    the
    sauce.
    Place
    broccoli
    in a baking dish
    and
    cover with the sauce.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake in a moderate (350\u00b0) oven until bubbly.
