Marinated Catfish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. catfish fillets
    4 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. canned milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    cornmeal as needed
Preparation
    Marinate fillets for 2 to 3 hours in mustard, canned milk, salt and pepper mixture.
    Roll fillets in cornmeal.
    Fry to light golden brown in 1 inch of grease in hot skillet.
    Catfish fries fast, so don't overcook.
    It should be crispy on outside and moist on the inside.
    Don't knock it if you haven't tried it.
