Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    6 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine hot milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
    Cool.
    Stir in 2 cups flour.
    Add softened yeast. Add remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
    Knead, then place in bowl and cover.
    Let rise until double, then punch down and let rise again.
    Divide dough in half and roll each in a rectangle.
    Brush lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Tightly roll dough as for jelly roll. Place in greased loaf pan.
    Let rise, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
